Our purpose designed injection ports are the only injection ports custom designed with Mycology in mind. All other injection ports on the market are actually bottle or test tube stoppers, which are not made to be used multiple times, and are usually 1mm or less thick, limiting their "self healing" ability.

Our injection ports offer more features, more longevity, less contamination & (not for nothing) look way cooler than the competitions' repurposed bottle stoppers:

- Each injection port has 8mm of injectable area, allowing for multiple injections

- Each injection port can be used in excess of 10 times before any damage to the self-healing port underneath is observed we've used our ports for over 50 inoculations before replacing them

- While most other "injection ports" contain only 1mm of injectable area leaving your jars susceptible to contamination, DrMyc injection ports are solid rubber the whole way through (8mm depth)

- Each injection port has a lip to lock onto the jar lid - meaning no chance your injection port will pop out with your inoculation pull-out
